Whether you are a newcomer who never stepped foot in the gym before, let alone the free weights area, or a regular gym-goer who would like to spice up their routine, I'm here to help!

As an individual who struggled with their own weight management for years, I realise the importance of making ourselves accountable for our own fitness goals, but sometimes it's easier said than done.

As a Personal Trainer, most importantly I will offer you a strong support system consisting of diet and exercise planning as well as constant motivation to enable you to benefit from all aspects of personal training!

Confident Gym-goer

This package is recommended for experienced clients, who are comfortable working out on their own outside of the PT sessions.

Online with a personal touch

This option is for any former client who wants to carry on on their own, but would benefit from the accountability provided by training plans specific to their goals.

The Committed

This package is recommended for those, who are just starting out, need a bit more guidance or want to commit to a sustainable gym routine.

Skinfold Caliper Testing

This service is suited to anyone who wants to track their body composition changes quickly and easily. This service includes an 8-site body fat assessment using the standardised techniques outlined by ISAK. (This service is also available on its own.)

The Gym Bunny

This package is recommended for those, who want to see results quickly and are willing to put in the work.

Rita clearly brings a wealth of evidence-based health and fitness knowledge, which she explains very well.
